About 366.money

366.money is a web application for tracking personal expenses, income and transfers when your money lives in more than one currency and more than one country. The core features are free.

What it does

You keep every asset in one place — bank accounts, cash, and crypto wallets — and record what you spend, earn and move between them. Every balance is converted with live exchange rates, so your whole financial picture adds up to a single number in whichever currency you choose.

Who it is for

It was built for the situation where the usual expense trackers stop being useful: salary paid in one currency, rent due in another, groceries in a third, and part of your savings in crypto. If you have ever kept a spreadsheet with a column per currency, this replaces it.

How it works

  1. Create an account with an email address and a password.
  2. Add your assets — each with its own currency and starting balance.
  3. Record expenses, income and transfers. Balances and analytics update as you go.

What it costs

Everything described above is free, with no trial period, no limit on assets and no advertising.

A paid subscription is planned for features that rely on AI: entering operations by voice, and reading them from screenshots, bank statements and receipts. These features are not available yet.

What it is not

366.money is an independent project, not a bank and not a licensed financial service. It does not connect to your bank and does not move real money — you enter operations yourself. Nothing here is financial advice.
