Short answers about what 366.money does, what it costs and what happens to your data.
Is 366.money free?
The core app is free: unlimited assets, every currency and cryptocurrency, transfers, analytics and filters, with no trial period and no advertising.
A paid subscription is planned for features built on AI: voice input and reading operations from screenshots, bank statements and receipts. It will be optional, and the core app does not need it.
Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. 366.money never asks for bank credentials and does not connect to any bank. You add assets and record operations yourself, which means it works with any bank, any country and with cash.
Reading operations from a bank statement or a receipt is planned as part of the paid AI features, and it will work from a file or a screenshot you upload, still without access to your bank.
Which currencies does it support?
More than 130 in total: over 50 national currencies and over 80 cryptocurrencies. Assets in different currencies live side by side, and totals are converted to the currency you pick.
Where do the exchange rates come from?
From an open, publicly available currency dataset that is refreshed daily. The server fetches the rates, so your browser never talks to a third-party service.
Can I track crypto and ordinary money together?
Yes. A euro bank account, cash in baht and USDT on an exchange can all be tracked in the same dashboard, and your net worth is shown as one converted number.
How do transfers between currencies work?
When you move money between assets in different currencies, you lock whichever field you know — the rate, the amount sent or the amount received — and the remaining one is calculated for you.
Is there a mobile app?
There is no separate app in the App Store or Google Play yet. The interface is built mobile-first and can be installed on a phone home screen straight from the browser, after which it opens like an ordinary app.
How is my data protected?
Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, never as text. Signing in issues a token that lives fifteen minutes in the browser tab's memory, plus a session key kept in a cookie that scripts cannot read and that is sent only to the sign-in endpoint. Sessions are recorded on the server, so you can end them on other devices.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. There is no advertising, no analytics service and no third-party tracking script on the site. Your financial records are not sold, shared or used for anything other than showing them back to you.
Can I delete my account and my data?
Yes. Assets you remove inside the app are hidden rather than erased immediately, so a mistake can be undone. If you want your user and all of its records erased for good, write to anton.blagoveshchenskiy@gmail.com and it will be done.
