Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and the person who runs 366.money. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. Last updated 25 October 2026.

What 366.money is

366.money is an app for recording your own expenses, income, transfers and balances. It is an independent project run by one private person. It is not a bank, does not hold or move money, and is not a licensed financial service. Nothing in the app is financial, tax or investment advice.

Your account

Your data

What you record stays yours. What 366.money stores, who else sees it, how long it is kept and how to have it erased is described on Your data, and that page is part of these terms.

Your content and what is not allowed

Everything you type in yourself — the names of assets and categories, notes on operations, your name — is your content, and you are responsible for it. 366.money does not check it and is not responsible for what it says.

Do not put any of the following into the app:

Using the service

You may not:

If you find a security flaw by accident and report it to the address below without using it, that is welcome and is not a breach of these terms.

Connecting a bank

If you connect monobank, 366.money reads your cards and statements with the token you give it; the token cannot move money. The app shows what the bank sends. Mistakes, delays or gaps on the bank's side are not 366.money's responsibility, and the bank's own terms still apply between you and the bank. You can disconnect at any time.

Exchange rates and calculations

Exchange rates, net worth, the reserve in months, charts and other figures are estimates for your own reference. They may be out of date or wrong. Check anything important elsewhere before you rely on it.

Price

366.money is free today. Paid features may appear later. Before they do, these terms will describe the price and how payment works, and you will never be charged without choosing to pay.

No guarantees

The service is provided as it is. It is looked after carefully, but there is no promise that it will always be available, free of errors or that nothing will ever be lost. As far as the law allows, 366.money is not liable for losses that come from using the app or from being unable to use it, including decisions you make based on its figures. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Closing an account

To delete your account, write from the address it uses, as described in Your data. Your user and every record attached to it will be erased.

If these terms are broken, the content concerned may be removed and the account suspended or closed, without warning. Anything illegal may be reported to the police or other authorities. If 366.money is ever shut down, users will be told by email in advance.

Changes to these terms

When the terms change, this page changes and the date at the top is updated. Significant changes are also announced by email. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can have your account deleted.
